  • Maintaining your cutting/charcuterie board by following the steps below:

    Hand wash with warm water and mild soap, dry with a towel and set on edge to dry.

    Never put them in the dishwasher or soak them.

    Apply food-safe mineral oil or board butter as needed.

  • Knife marks on a wood cutting board are normal signs of use and indicate the board is softer than the blade.

    To remove sand with 100 grit sand paper and finish sand to 220 or 320 sand paper.

    After removing all sanding dust, recondition your board with food safe mineral oil.

  • Wooden cutting boards typically last between 5 - 10 years, although with proper maintenance can last up to 20 years.
